Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic commercial plan to drive growth in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Communicate effectively with Corporate Marketing and local teams to share knowledge, best practices, and customer insights.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to increase revenue through extensive field activities and ensure profitability of assigned business units.
  • Support local teams through initiatives including solution launching, business development, customer education, value selling, product demonstration, lobbying, etc.
  • Present at events to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or business related field.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry practices and processes.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles.
  • Effective leadership and team leading skills.
  • Fluency in English; ability to communicate in other Asian languages is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
