
Regional Business Growth Leader

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving regional growth plans and supporting their management.
You will contribute to the development of regional business plans in consultation with senior management, monitoring implementation, and developing corrective actions. Additionally, you will support staff capability development aligned with strategic focus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Growth:
- Contribute to regional growth plans and support their management
- Input into regional business plans in consultation with senior management, monitor implementation, and develop corrective actions
- Support staff capability development aligned with strategic focus
- Identify opportunities for innovation and propose them to the Technical Services Director
- Implement initiatives supporting strategic imperatives
- Generate business across regional boundaries and leverage national clients
- Drive industry-leading practices and innovation
- Model company core values
- Account Management:
- Develop plans to find, manage, retain, and grow revenue in key client accounts
- Monitor client portfolio performance and take corrective actions if necessary
- Maintain up-to-date client contact data within CRM and finance systems
- Convert leads into client accounts and share opportunities across regions
- Represent the company at networking events and industry forums
- Manage key accounts effectively with up-to-date account plans
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop staff
- Follow recruitment processes and assess candidates for alignment with company values and competencies
- Provide leadership, structure, and support to your team
- Manage staff performance and contribute to succession planning
- Communication and Community:
- Build relationships through social functions and regular communication sessions
- Governance, Finance, and Procedures:
- Prepare monthly performance reports and other documentation as required
- Systems and Processes:
- Manage service delivery tools and ensure the use of standard systems and methodologies
- Personal Development:
- Owning your ongoing professional growth, attend seminars, seek mentors, and pursue training
- HSEQ:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Performance & Development:
- Performance targets are aligned with the business plan and reviewed biannually, with informal monthly check-ins
- Achievement of targets may be linked to bonuses
