**Job Title:** Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized solutions for customers, helping them achieve their telecommunications goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and product offerings, providing expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
