Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Call Centre Consultant to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from existing and potential insurance members, handling queries and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Apply empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills to deal with sensitive calls and vulnerable members.
- Process membership applications, claims requests, and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Provide tailored solutions to member queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to compliance standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6-12 months recent Contact Centre experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- A positive can-do attitude, passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a commitment to customers and your role.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, comfortable thinking on your feet, and ability to empathise with vulnerable members.
