Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Chinese market, focusing on lead generation and conversion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to ensure our campaigns remain effective and competitive.
  • Design and create engaging digital marketing collateral, including social media ads, organic social content, and email campaigns.
  • Manage webinar campaigns from inception to completion, including creating campaign materials, hosting webinars, and reporting on performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to provide necessary assets and adapt global assets for local marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor lead generation and conversion across all marketing initiatives to ensure campaign optimization and market growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in marketing.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Experience in industry-standard design and video editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of project management, marketing automation platforms, and social media marketing tools.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.
