About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Johnson Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our services and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize our digital marketing platforms, including LinkedIn and other social media channels.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reporting to our management team.
- Support the development of our marketing strategy and provide input on new ideas and initiatives.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who has a proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns. You will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
