As a Pre-Sales & Marketing Research Intern, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the business landscapes of Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders using cutting-edge MarTech, e-Commerce, and Omnichannel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful content on e-commerce, marketing automation, and digital transformation.
  • Plan and publish content on our website, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to generate business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support the creation of sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Report on marketing KPIs such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating our CRM system with accurate and relevant information.
  • Help in organizing and participating in webinars, virtual events, and other online marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback on digital platforms.
Requirements:
  • Current student or recent graduate, able to commit at least 3 days a week for over 4 months.
  • Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese (HSK 4 or above) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with leads and clients.
  • Proficient in content creation, including writing, editing, and basic design skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and adapting to new digital tools and concepts.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the Chinese market is highly regarded.
