Job Title: Portfolio Management Specialist

As a key member of our asset management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our assets and providing critical support to stakeholders across the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project/program management and PMO environments, as well as proficient skills in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills. They will also possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, strong customer focus with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement, skilled in prioritisation, multitasking, delegation, and change management, and solid understanding of financial, risk, and business performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on asset performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to stakeholders on key data, processes, and artefacts.
  • Build and maintain partnerships across asset teams and act as the point of contact for PMO-related queries.
  • Develop and implement reporting improvements.
  • Act as super user for the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Tool, including user management, tool setup, monitoring, report extraction, end-user guide creation, user training, and support.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in project/program management and PMO environments.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in prioritisation, multitasking, delegation, and change management.
  • Solid understanding of financial, risk, and business performance management.
