**About the Role**
Swinburne's ePMO plays a strategic role in partnering with the business to deliver programs that align with the University's 2025 vision — people and technology working together to build a better world. The ePMO supports this vision by driving investment portfolio planning, project delivery, performance measurement, and lifting enterprise capability.
The Portfolio Coordinator, reporting to the Director of the ePMO, supports change across the University by coordinating the project portfolio, managing the PPM tool and SharePoint, delivering data analysis and reporting, and contributing to the enhancement of project management frameworks and processes.
This role requires collaboration with a range of stakeholders and a focus on building strong relationships to support change and uplift team capability.

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Project Management Office (PMO) practices and processes including delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP, SCRUM, lean.
- Quality reporting and analytical skills demonstrated through quality portfolio level reporting and executive dashboards.
- Strategic Influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal, written and presentations.
- Flexible & Agile Mindset - Flexible in approach, thinking and able to deal well with change. Ability to work autonomously and/or as part of a team.
- Stakeholder Management - Demonstrated outstanding stakeholder management skills with a willingness to go out of their way to ensure that the stakeholder is satisfied.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of internal and external people, and maintain confidentiality.
- Teamwork - strong team player and ability to work collaboratively to form a highly productive EPMO team.
- Proven ability and skills in the use of Microsoft Office software packages including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Project.
