Property Portfolio Director

The Property Portfolio Director will oversee the performance of a diverse portfolio, ensuring exceptional service standards for landlords and tenants. This role involves strategic leadership, collaboration with stakeholders, and effective management of applications, lease documentation, inspections, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and enhance portfolio performance, fostering high service standards for all parties involved.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and trades professionals.
  • Guide the team in managing complex applications, lease documentation, property inspections, and routine portfolio tasks.
  • Develop negotiation and conflict resolution strategies to drive successful outcomes within the department.
  • Partner with senior leaders to establish and manage departmental strategies, budgets, and compliance frameworks.
Leadership Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in senior property management or director-level roles.
  • Strong team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Skilled in proactive mediation, negotiation, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of property management legislation and best practices.

Candidates should possess a solution-focused mindset and excellent leadership qualities. A current Agent's Representative Certificate and reliable vehicle are also required for this position.
