Customer Service Representative

Pathfinder Recruitment is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join a leading IT service provider. This business specializes in data recovery and retrieval services for individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to B2C and B2B clients, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to successful retrieval.
- Manage and coordinate the entire lifecycle of each customer case, ensuring timeliness and efficiency.
- Communicate with clients via phone and in person, regardless of location.
- Assist customers or guests visiting the office.
- Utilize finance applications to create accurate quotes and invoices for customers.
- Follow up on all quotes and invoices to ensure prompt payment and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively gather and respond to customer feedback and reviews to maintain a high level of service.
- Build meaningful business relationships with new and existing partners to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing resources to secure, grow, and retain referral partners.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of digital marketing material.
- Source hardware and software from various distributors, vendors, and marketplaces to meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate basic technical knowledge of various computing and media devices.
- Research new technology to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Provide support to the senior management team as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales and customer service team to achieve company goals.
- Provide feedback to management for process improvements and new initiatives.
- Manage internal office supplies and stocks to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with general client service requests as needed.

- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
- Proficiency in finance applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic technical knowledge of computing and media devices.
