Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
