Pathfinder Recruitment is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join a leading IT service provider. This business specializes in data recovery and retrieval services for individuals and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both B2C and B2B clients.
  • Manage and coordinate the entire lifecycle of each customer case, ensuring timeliness and efficiency.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and in person, regardless of location.
  • Welcome and assist customers or guests visiting the office.
  • Utilize finance applications to create accurate quotes and invoices for customers.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
