Medical Reception Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reception Services Coordinator to join our front desk team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, and have experience in medical reception.
- Best Practice Software knowledge
- Experience in medical reception
- Understanding of medical terminology
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming patients with a friendly and respectful demeanor
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Clerical duties such as scanning, receiving, and distributing mail and correspondence
- Booking appointments and managing schedules
- Providing administrative support to nurses and doctors as required
- Billing patients for services rendered
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Additional details about the role:
Work location: On-site. Preference given to candidates with prior experience but not necessary.
Hours: 20-26 hours per week (with potential for additional hours)
Shifts: Daytime, evening shifts, and weekend shifts
Must be available to work an evening shift ending at 7-8pm
Must be available to work half-day weekends
