The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Solotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality and consistency are met. If you have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead our kitchen operations and ensure that our high standards of quality and consistency are met
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes that showcase our commitment to quality and creativity
  • Manage and motivate our culinary team to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborate with our events and marketing teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests
  • Ensure that our kitchen operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Full Time Cook
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food trends
  • Passion for quality and consistency
  • Adheres to OHS and Food Safety regulations
