The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our food is consistently of the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
- Collaborate with our events team to deliver bespoke catering solutions
- Contribute to the development of our culinary strategy and vision
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food trends
- Passion for quality and consistency
- Adherence to OHS and Food Safety regulations
