The Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our food is consistently of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
  • Collaborate with our events team to deliver bespoke catering solutions
  • Contribute to the development of our culinary strategy and vision

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food trends
  • Passion for quality and consistency
  • Adherence to OHS and Food Safety regulations
