The RoleWe are currently seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook at Solotel, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will work closely with our experienced chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that our menu offerings are consistently delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the demands of our busy kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance our culinary offerings
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Full-Time Cook
- A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food trends
- A passion for quality and consistency
- Adherence to OHS and Food Safety regulations
