  • Coordinating company-wide surveys and analysing data to support continuous improvement.
  • Championing reward and recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and diversity activities.

You will provide workforce planning and scheduling support, including conducting daily checks, monitoring rosters, and liaising with supervisors to organise coverage and communicate issues promptly.
