We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional to drive employee engagement initiatives across all sites, ensuring our team feels valued, connected, and supported.
This role combines employee engagement with critical HR administrative support, including managing workforce planning, assisting with recruitment, and providing generalist administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing employee engagement strategies aligned with business goals.
- Designing and delivering internal communication programs across all sites.
- Coordinating company-wide surveys and analysing data to support continuous improvement.
- Championing reward and recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and diversity activities.
You will provide workforce planning and scheduling support, including conducting daily checks, monitoring rosters, and liaising with supervisors to organise coverage and communicate issues promptly.
