- **Offices based in Parramatta, Sydney CBD & working Hybrid**

Provide expert advice for engagement programs, while building & sustaining relationships with a range of internal & external stakeholders for this NSW Government Agency.

**About the role**:

- Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic, tactical and operational engagement plans, programs, projects and initiatives for this NSW State Government Agency.
- Lead a team of communications and engagement specialists responsible for managing high value communications channels
- Provide specialist advice and support on communication and engagement issues, risks and opportunities and appropriate management strategies to deliver business objectives
- Build and maintain collaborative and consultative working relationships with stakeholders to promote open communication
- Manage competing priorities especially as demand for services grows

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic communication campaign
