We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatch Coordinator. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences while supporting daily activities across dispatch, administration, and production.

Job Description:

You'll work closely with the operations and production teams, handling online orders, customer queries, sample send-outs, and assisting on photoshoots. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the dispatch of online and wholesale orders
  • Picking and packing wholesale orders for boutiques and mini majors
  • Conducting quality checks on outgoing garments
  • Maintaining organized stock areas and assisting with stocktakes
  • Managing returns, exchanges, and preparing shipping documents
  • Supporting website product uploads and administrative tasks
  • Providing PA support to the director and assisting with wholesale follow-ups
  • Coordinating inbound/outbound couriers and PR dispatches
  • Assisting on campaign and e-commerce photoshoots
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in dispatch, administration, or fashion is preferred
  • A passion for fashion and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and a team-player mindset
  • Competency with Excel and digital tools
  • A calm, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ideal location: Eastern Suburbs or Inner City
