Dispatch Coordinator

Join our Sydney team as a full-time Dispatch Coordinator.
This role involves processing outbound orders, preparing freight for transport, and creating daily schedules for drivers.Responsibilities include:Scanning and dispatching freightStacking and wrapping pallets, along with other warehouse dutiesCreating air and road consignment notesLodging and collecting freight at air and sea terminalsLoading and unloading delivery vehicles, with occasional deliveriesCollaborating with management to modify routes based on customer needsPreparing daily work schedules and notifying drivers of road hazardsMonitoring driver logs for errors, violations, and working hoursProcessing export and import shipmentsRequirements:2-3 years of warehousing experienceCustomer service experience in a fast-paced environmentCurrent forklift license or willingness to obtain oneExperience with warehousing & distribution or freight forwarding is highly regardedExcellent communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and prioritize tasksStrong planning and organizational skillsExperience with dispatch software is desirableAll successful applicants will need to complete a National Police Check.
