Dispatch Coordinator

The role involves coordinating the dispatch of online and wholesale orders, managing stock areas, conducting quality checks, and supporting daily operations across dispatch, admin, and production.

A passion for fashion and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. Strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a calm, can-do attitude are also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the dispatch of online and wholesale orders
  • Picking and packing wholesale orders for boutiques and mini majors
  • Conducting quality checks on outgoing garments
  • Maintaining organised stock areas and assisting with stocktakes
  • Managing returns, exchanges, and preparing shipping documents
  • Supporting website product uploads and admin tasks
  • Providing PA support to the director and assisting with wholesale follow-ups
  • Coordinating inbound/outbound couriers and PR dispatches
  • Helping out on campaign and e-commerce photoshoots

Preferred qualifications include 1–2 years of dispatch, admin or fashion experience, and competency with Excel and digital tools.
