Our client, a leading distributor of hardware, lighting, ventilation, electrical, cable accessories, datacomms, and test & measurement products, is looking for an experienced Dispatch Storeperson to join their team in Glendenning for an immediate start.

This role is initially offered as a casual position and may lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidates.

Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay Rate : $32.71 per hour

Key responsibilities / duties :

  • Pack orders from pick-totes into cartons for dispatch
  • RF scanning products
  • Load cartons into trucks via conveyor belt (rotated duties)
  • Pack outbound orders on conveyor lines
  • Prepare on-site delivery vehicles
  • Palletize Dangerous Goods (DG) cartons for transport
  • Perform other warehousing duties as required

What we are looking for :

  • Previous experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in RF scanning
  • Physically fit and capable of manual tasks (up to 25kg)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Full Australian working rights with no visa restrictions on hours worked per week
  • Committed to a long-term role
  • Available for an immediate start
