We're on the hunt for a proactive, organised and Dispatch Coordinator to join our Rosebery HQ.

You'll play a key role in making sure our customers have a seamless experience, while supporting daily operations across dispatch, admin and production.

About the Role

You'll work closely with the operations and production team, handling everything from online orders and customer queries to sample send-outs and assisting on photoshoots.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the dispatch of online and wholesale orders
  • Pick & pack wholesale orders for boutiques and mini majors
  • Conduct quality checks on outgoing garments
  • Maintain organised stock areas and assist with stocktakes
  • Manage returns, exchanges and prepare shipping documents
  • Support website product uploads and admin tasks
  • Provide PA support to the director and assist with wholesale follow-ups
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound couriers and PR dispatches
  • Help out on campaign and e-commerce photoshoots

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of dispatch, admin or fashion experience preferred
  • A passion for fashion and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and a team-player mindset
  • Competency with Excel and digital tools
  • A calm, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ideally located in the Eastern Suburbs or Inner City
