We are seeking a senior-level professional to lead and advise financial institutions on origination transformation best practices.

nCino's cloud banking platform offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of influencing key decisions and driving successful outcomes, as well as strong leadership skills and previous managerial and project management experience.

As a Functional Consultant Lead, you will oversee the implementation process for nCino's customers, managing daily project loads and answering all project-related questions in a timely manner.

You will be part of a high-performing professional services team focused on evaluating how nCino can best meet our Asia-Pacific clients' needs.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Learn the Salesforce platform and nCino Bank Operating System Application
  • Oversee all aspects of the software implementation project
  • Manage daily project load amongst one to three clients
  • Be able to correctly understand, organise and evaluate the risks and needs of the client
  • Contribute to nCino Knowledge articles and project delivery artifacts
  • Create and manage Project Plans and lead regular Project status meetings
  • Train customers on the use of the nCino software

**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 8 years of previous financial industry experience
  • Exceptional communication skills and an innovative problem-solving personality
  • Proven ability to interact and communicate with customers in a professional, positive and constructive way
  • Ability and motivation to learn quickly and independently
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise daily tasks, projects and workload
