As a Digital Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of a digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct assessments of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimised future-state processes.
  • Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders to co-design fit-for-purpose digital solutions and change strategies.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of digital platforms, tools, and systems across business units.
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption and sustained use of new processes and technologies.
  • Track and report on transformation KPIs, benefits realisation, and implementation risks.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and digital fluency across the organisation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years' experience in digital transformation, enterprise strategy, or business process improvement.
  • Proven experience leading or supporting complex transformation initiatives in large-scale or government-aligned environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly working with SME's and senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience with enterprise digital tools (e.g., Power Platform, SharePoint, ERP/CRM systems).
