Job Description:

This role is focused on driving successful transformation initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience and commercial performance. The Transformation Professional will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective change management strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a tailored change management methodology that meets the specific needs of our organization
  • Craft compelling content to engage audiences and promote the importance of change
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip leaders and teams with the necessary skills to navigate change effectively
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on change-related matters and facilitating stakeholder engagement
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the transformation process
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of project delivery frameworks and methodologies to optimize outcomes

Requirements:

  • Professional certification in change management or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and ability to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios
  • Familiarity with MS365 and change-specific software tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and present it effectively to diverse audiences
