Transformation Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned transformation expert to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) and drive organisational change. This high-impact role will shape and implement frameworks that align projects with our strategic vision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish a robust project management framework to execute strategic priorities, monitor project performance, and align resources with business goals.
  • Design and lead change initiatives, manage organisational risk, and ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Inspire, mentor and manage a cross-functional team, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Act as a key liaison between project teams and senior leadership, ensuring strong alignment, communication, and engagement.
  • Identify new sector opportunities and support a strategy for a revenue-generating service offering within the team.
Key Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Management, or related field; Master's degree (MBA) preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent certification (e.g., PRINCE2); Change Management (e.g., Prosci) and Agile certification desirable.
  • 5–7 years' experience leading complex transformation programs and managing a PMO.
  • Strong experience delivering cross-functional initiatives and implementing technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risk, influence stakeholders, and lead change at scale.
  • Strategic, results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
