Program Transformation Lead

We are seeking a skilled Program Transformation Lead to join our team in Melbourne CBD.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a collaborative culture and hybrid working model.

As a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will work with various stakeholders to deliver programs for key clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting and key performance indicators to ensure clear visibility across all workstreams of the program.

The main purpose of this program is to transform legacy products to next-generation products. Experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include managing customer delivery programs, working closely with the Head of Program and Project Delivery, and developing strong working relationships with team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation of software products from legacy to next-generation.
  • Develop and maintain program and project reporting.
  • Manage customer delivery programs.
  • Work closely with the Head of Program and Project Delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing software implementation and transition projects, preferably for a vendor.
  • High-level knowledge of workflows, governance, and compliance considerations for Governance, Risk Management, Compliance (GRC) and/or Workforce Management (WM).
  • Knowledge of commonly used program and project management methodologies and frameworks.
