About the Role

As a senior leader, you will drive transformation initiatives that integrate our organization with sector partners. This involves positioning us as Victoria's leader in youth mental health innovation.

  • Foster strategic partnerships to influence policy and drive collaborative initiatives that benefit young people across Victoria.

This role is critical to rebuilding the mental health system and setting the foundations for change. You will be part of the transformative team and co-lead communication and design of changes within Mental Health.

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in health, mental health, or human services environments. You should have a track record of leading transformation programs that deliver measurable system-wide impact.

  • You must operate effectively across multiple complex systems (clinical, operational, political, community) while driving change that often challenges established ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive system change by leading transformation initiatives that integrate our organization with sector partners.
  • Take direct accountability for large-scale transformation projects spanning service redesign, technology implementation, workforce development, and consumer experience enhancement across five metropolitan locations.

  • Represent our organization in sector forums and government engagement, influencing policy and driving collaborative initiatives that benefit young people across Victoria.
  • Develop and lead high-performing transformation teams while building organisational capability in change management and innovation across multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams.
  • Establish and drive performance accountability through real-time transformation dashboards linked to strategic KPIs, consumer outcomes, and system-level impact measures.
