Job Overview
This part-time permanent position is based in Griffith, ACT, and reports directly to the State Manager Client Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and supporting the client service team to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to service delivery of programs across relevant locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership of services to people impacted by dementia, ensuring sensitive and responsive service delivery.
- Coordinate activities of programs to ensure optimum efficiency.
- Lead all day-to-day operations of the team, focusing on identifying client needs and providing high levels of client service and satisfaction.
- Assist with the implementation of administrative procedures to enhance program contractual requirements, including overseeing referral and intake processes.
- Work across both CHSP and NDSP funded programs.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (health/allied health/social services sectors) and experience in a similar position.
- Experience in overseeing a service delivery team in a community, health, or disability service setting.
- Extensive experience working with people with dementia, carers, and families, and an understanding of relevant Service Systems, including My Aged Care and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
- Collaborative skills to remove barriers and break down silos.
- Ability to forge lasting relationships and promote organisational partnerships.
- Motivation to develop capability through mentoring.
- A valid driver's licence for occasional intra-state travel.
Payscale Information
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
