Job Description\

The ideal candidate will lead the Key Accounts team in Australia, dedicated to providing exceptional service experiences to our key retail accounts.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Lead and motivate the B2B Key Account representative team in Australia, fostering a positive team atmosphere and enhancing overall professional capabilities and service standards.\
  • Effectively translate company customer service strategy into daily operational goals and action plans for the Key Accounts team, deeply understanding and optimizing Order Allocation logic and Order Auto Release principles.\
  • Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with internal customers (sales team, retail operations team) and external customers (dealers, retail stores), ensuring timely and professional support.\
  • Resolves complex customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues, identifying improvement opportunities in existing service processes and driving process optimization.\
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders such as sales, marketing, logistics, and finance to enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.\
  • Actively participate in company projects, providing professional advice and feedback on CRM systems and other business systems.\

This role requires outstanding leadership qualities, a customer-centric approach, and passion for enhancing service quality through innovative solutions. The candidate should have a strong background in B2B account management, order processing, and related operations.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with clear and fluent written and oral expression.\
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using innovative thinking to find effective solutions.\
  • In-depth understanding of the sporting goods industry or fast-moving consumer goods industry is preferred.\
  • Proficient in using various CRM systems and Office software.\
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.\
  • Proactive, willing to accept challenges, and continuously seeking ways to improve personal and team performance.\
