Job Title: Strategic Transformation Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and execute a 3-year strategic program of work, focusing on enterprise-wide transformation. This role involves building effective working relationships across the organization, while improving the consistency, predictability, and efficiency of project delivery and governance capability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams across operational and strategic projects
  • Develop and implement IT strategy in collaboration with our ITS team
  • Engage and report to our ICT Governance Committee on key project progress and delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience strategizing and delivering within complex project environments
  • Strong experience leading diverse and multi-disciplinary teams across IT projects
  • Understanding of procurement, financial management, and contract management
Essential Qualifications and Attributes:
  • Commercial acumen and resourcefulness
  • Experience in implementing best-practice governance frameworks across project delivery
  • Ability to engage with and influence stakeholders at Executive and Senior leadership levels
