Strategic Policy Lead

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation of statewide change management initiatives and the MARAM Framework. As a Strategic Policy Lead, you will contribute to the strategic leadership of the MARAMIS Unit and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive effective local governance of the family violence system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead engagement with key partners across government and non-government sectors in relation to MARAM alignment policy development and implementation.
  • Coordinate strategic engagement with the Statewide Family Violence Integration Advisory Committee and Family Violence Regional Integration Committees.
  • Support the Manager by leading and developing individuals within the team to achieve their potential and contribute to organisational goals and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent change management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic policy skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgement and proactively develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in policy advice and program management is highly desirable.
