  • Managing a portfolio of claims from lodgement to resolution

  • Investigating claims and interpreting medical documents with a focus on proactive claims management
  • Ensuring compliance with legislative timeframes and following internal policies and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders
