About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our award-winning call centre team as Customer Service Officers. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service to our community, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to customers via phone and in-person at the customer service counter
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Administrative qualifications or specialist skills training
  • Customer service experience in a high-volume area
  • Experience in a call centre environment
  • Cash handling experience
  • Experience in computer applications
