About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Workers Lifestyle Group. As a Gaming Floor Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and friendly service to members and guests, ensuring a positive experience in our gaming facilities.
- Attend to gaming machine maintenance and payouts, ensuring that all machines are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Deliver great customer service experiences, responding to member and guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness of our service areas on the gaming floor, ensuring that our facilities are always clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
- Previous gaming attendant experience is essential, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Current NSW RSA, RCG (essential) and Advance RCG (desirable) competency card.
- Availability to work a range of shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing/being on your feet for long periods of time and walking the gaming floor.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of gaming machine operations.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand clear, concise, and fluent English.
