Event Project Manager

Job Description:

As an Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end event projects for a range of Life Science, Professional Services, and other Enterprise clients. You will work closely with vendors, internal departments, and customers to ensure seamless delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build, configure, and launch web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage.
  2. Manage clients and senior stakeholders with clear, timely communications to enhance the client experience.
  3. Coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and customers around live event day execution.
  4. Oversee speakers and event operations to ensure smooth delivery.
  5. Handle post-event communications, analyze event data, and deliver reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • End-to-end event ownership: experience leading corporate internal and external B2B events with speed and precision.
  • Cross-functional coordination with operational clarity: work smoothly across agencies, AV partners, venues, and internal teams.
  • Technical dexterity in event platforms: independently configure Backstage, manage registration, content, and streaming workflows.
  • Flawless execution under pressure: adapt to changes and solve problems in real time to preserve quality of the experience.
  • Time and risk management: manage multiple events, anticipate blockers, and deliver on time across formats and scales.
