
Corporate Events Specialist

The primary objective of the Event Coordinator is to oversee end-to-end event logistics, collaborate with senior event planners, verify speaker and sponsor participation, manage invitation processes, and execute events both on-site and online.
The ideal candidate will possess prior experience working within an Association or Membership Body as an Event Coordinator. A proven track record in organizing and delivering corporate events for members is crucial for this role.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with senior executives and their teams across all sectors including government, business, academia, and NFP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, innovation, and ability to adapt.
- Proven ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and administrative skills.
- Experience in meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event details, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with senior event planners to achieve shared goals.
- Verify speaker and sponsor participation, confirming their involvement.
- Manage invitation processes, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Execute events both on-site and online, guaranteeing a high-quality experience.
