**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced corporate events specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and delivering high-quality events that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in event management, excellent communication and project coordination skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute events from conception to completion, including logistics, invitations, registrations, communications and post-event liaison.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their event requirements and deliver events that exceed their expectations.
  • Manage budgets and ensure that events are delivered within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver events that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external partners to secure the best possible rates and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in event management, marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in event management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication, project coordination and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
