Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at JB Hi-Fi. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our store team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash count and balancing, preparation of daily bank deposit and review of weekly timesheets for payroll processing
- Develop and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support the implementation and effective operation of process improvements within the store
- Accurate reconciliation of store expenses and in-store accounts
About You
- Excellent time management skills and strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of office administration/finance functions, including debtors, creditors, and petty cash
- Comfortable working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Agile learner, able to adapt to new situations and styles
