About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Sanitarium. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our plant-based dairy alternatives to cafes, roasters, and distributors across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the café industry, including cafe owners, roasters, and distributors.
  • Product Promotion: Present and promote our range of plant-based dairy alternatives to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and provide valuable feedback to the brand team to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Event Participation: Participate in events, tradeshows, and promotions to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience working in cafes, with a roaster, or as a sales representative in the hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Sales Mindset: A sales-driven mindset with a natural flair for building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of café channels and plant-based milks.
