About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Development Manager to join our dynamic team at The Alternative Dairy Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in promoting our plant-based dairy alternatives and driving sales growth across the café network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cafes, roasters, distributors, and other potential clients.
  • Promote our range of alternative dairy products to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to engage with customers and create brand loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends and provide valuable feedback to the brand team to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Participate in events, tradeshows, and promotions to increase brand visibility and reach new customers.

Requirements:

  • Energetic individuals who are passionate about plant-based milks and committed to driving sales growth.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in cafés, with a roaster, or as a sales rep in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a natural flair for building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge and understanding of café channels and plant-based milks, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
