About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with cafés, roasters, distributors, and potential clients.
  • Showcase and promote our diverse range of alternative dairy products to stimulate sales growth.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and tastings to enhance brand awareness.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insightful feedback to the brand team.
  • Meet and surpass sales targets through effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Engage in events, trade shows, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.

What We're Looking For:

  • Dynamic individuals who are passionate about plant-based dairy alternatives.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in cafés, with a roaster, or as a sales representative in the hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A sales-oriented mindset with a natural talent for relationship building.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge and understanding of café channels and plant-based dairy products.
