Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a weekly portfolio of workers compensation claims, supporting injured workers throughout their claim journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience in case management and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

This is a permanent full-time role that offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home up to 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a weekly tail portfolio to ensure timely payment and file updates.
  • Identify opportunities to drive better claims outcomes for injured workers by reviewing treatment plans and liaising with medical practitioners.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience in workers compensation case management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Organized with strong time management skills and prioritization.
