Claims Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager to join our team.

  • This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic work environment.

As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of workers compensation claims, liaising with injured workers, employers, and health practitioners to ensure timely and effective case outcomes. This includes:

  • Providing excellent customer service and support to stakeholders.
  • Managing caseloads within legislation and compliance guidelines.
  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing end-to-end outcomes for cases.
  • Providing accurate and clear information to stakeholders about claims, entitlements, obligations, and responsibilities.
  • Conducting claims reviews, case conferences, and meetings as required.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as medical, hospitality, retail, or corporate fields. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
