We provide 133 local government entities with worker's compensation insurance solutions, safety and wellbeing services and are trusted as their workforce risk and wellbeing experts for their 37,000 workers.
The opportunity
We are looking for experienced Case Managers and Senior Case Managers to join our growing team This role will see you strategically manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims across NSW. Collaborating with our Members and key internal and external stakeholders you will support injured workers to safely and durably return to work. Each day will offer a different challenge and will provide you opportunities to grow and learn in your role as you take on more responsibility and authority.
Your story
You may have previous return to work, case management or allied health experience and ideally have had experience managing workplace injuries. You enjoy working within a high performing team and have a natural ability to easily build relationships with others which has seen you influence and deliver results. You understand how to interpret and apply applicable legislation and you know the importance of the fine details and timely, professional delivery of service.
Most importantly you have a genuine passion for people and you won't mind getting out of the office to meet your Members and clients.
