About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team at Kutjungka Health Centre, Western Australia.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering primary healthcare services and providing management and leadership responsibilities as Acting Health Centre Manager.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate external health service providers to provide quality and comprehensive primary healthcare services under the KAMS Model of Care;
- Assume day-to-day operational management, staff supervision (within scope of practice) and coordination of healthcare delivery at the centre;
To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse and hold AHPRA registration. Previous experience in a similar role and demonstrated knowledge and experience in the delivery of comprehensive primary healthcare, including emergency care, is also required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills and a strong understanding of cultural safety, including a commitment to the principles of Aboriginal community control of health services.
