Job Title: Allied Health Team Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to provide leadership and coordination of the services of an interdisciplinary therapy team. This includes coordinating resources, supporting Senior Therapists in providing clinical support to therapists, and ensuring a quality service that is flexible, adaptive, client-focused and linked to client goals.

This role requires advanced experience providing safe and high-quality Allied Health services. The successful candidate will possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven customer-focused work ethic and highly developed person-centred skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Allied Health services and teams
  • Support Senior Therapists in providing clinical support
  • Work closely with Program Manager and Engagement, Funding and Scheduling team

About the Role:

This position involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely service delivery for clients in the Capacity Building Program. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
