About the Roles
  • Health Centre Coordinators: Lead daily operations, support staff, and deliver frontline patient care.
  • Health Centre Managers: Oversee clinic services, manage budgets and workforce needs, and provide both clinical and operational leadership.

Both roles are hands-on, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, culturally safe primary health care in the Kimberley.

What You'll Bring
  • Registered Nurse or Aboriginal Health Practitioner (AHPRA)
  • Remote health or Aboriginal community-controlled service experience
  • Confidence in clinical care, team support, and operational leadership
  • Strong communication and cultural awareness skills
  • WA-recognised REC, ALS, or Immunisation Provider qualifications

(Extra points for postgrad health management, MMEx experience, or emergency care training.)
